Luma University's Clearing and Adjustment advisory service operates on A-level results day, 19 August 2026, supporting applicants who wish to apply through Clearing or explore Adjustment options. Advisers are available in the Admissions Centre on campus and via telephone from 09:00 to 17:00.
Clearing vacancies for 2026 entry will be published on the UCAS website and the Luma admissions portal from 08:00 on results day. Popular courses including nursing, computer science and law historically fill quickly; applicants are advised to contact us promptly with their UCAS personal ID and qualification details.
On-campus advisers can conduct immediate eligibility checks, issue verbal offers where appropriate, and guide applicants through the UCAS Clearing process. Subject tutors are available for brief conversations about course content for applicants considering programmes they did not originally apply for.
No appointment is necessary for telephone enquiries, though callers may experience wait times during peak morning hours. If you are travelling to campus, bring your results documentation and photo identification. Parking is available in the visitor car park on a first-come, first-served basis.
