Payment schedule
Pay at least one third of tuition fees before CAS issuance unless sponsored by a government or official funding body. Remaining instalments are due at the start of each term. Flywire and bank transfer are accepted; card payments incur a processing fee.
Sponsored students must provide official financial guarantee letters specifying covered amounts and payment timelines. The Finance Office invoices sponsors directly where arrangements permit.
Deposits and refunds
International applicants pay a £2,000 deposit toward tuition fees upon accepting an offer. The deposit is deducted from your first fee instalment. Refund policies apply if visa applications are refused—submit UKVI refusal notice within thirty days for deposit refund minus administrative charge as specified in offer terms.
Withdrawal after visa issuance may forfeit deposit and incur liability for fees according to the refund schedule in your offer letter.
Fee increases
Fees for continuing students increase annually by up to 5 per cent or inflation, whichever is lower, unless otherwise stated in your offer. Multi-year programmes confirm fee levels for the admission year only; subsequent years follow published increases.
Check individual offer letters for programme-specific fee arrangements including placement years where fees may reduce.
